Kid’s Tooth Team with Dr. Alex Otto
Wednesday Mar 01, 2023
Wednesday Mar 01, 2023
As the Founder of Kids Tooth Team, Dr. Alex’s goal was to create a pediatric dental office unlike any other. After nearly a decade of being in the profession, it became clear to her that dental offices were becoming more and more about the doctor and insurance companies and less about the patients and the families they serve. Dr. Alex hated seeing families waiting forever to see the doctor, only to be told that there was only one way to do things (the doctor’s way of course!). It drove her crazy to hear sales pitches or anyone recommending unnecessary treatment, especially to a child. And not to mention the lost look on a parent’s face as some random person in the office confusingly tried to explain an insurance plan or how much you may owe - they may as well have been speaking a different language. She knew that Kids Tooth Team had to do things differently. Dr. Alex is here to serve you and your child - bottom line! As a pediatric specialist with years of residency training and private practice experience, she offers a wide variety of minimally-invasive and surgically complex services. You can rest assured that Dr. Alex has extensive experience providing compassionate care, no matter your child’s needs. Dr. Alex takes your time very seriously and has many protocols in place at the office to ensure you aren’t waiting to see her, have a say in every step of the process, and stay informed about your insurance and coverage. She cares deeply about you and your family - something that you will sense the second you walk into our doors. There will never be a sales pitch and you will never hear the words: “This is the only way to do it.” We are here to offer you options that fit your child and their needs as well as your parenting philosophy, lifestyle, and budget.

Wednesday Aug 24, 2022
Dr. Justin Libby is about as Alaskan as they come. Born in Dillingham, he grew up in Anchorage and cut his teeth on the same Last Frontier experiences that make this state the place we all love. Skiing, fishing, biking, hiking, surfing, running and basketball were just some of the many active things he learned to do with his family. Dr. Libby spent summers commercial fishing in Dillingham with his dad, mom, brother, and family friends, picking salmon and manning the set-nets on a good day and cleaning the boats and making repairs on the others. Now, he continues to return there every summer to fish, bringing his wife and new son with him to continue the family fishing tradition.
As soon as you meet him, you can feel the passion that Dr. Libby has for people and for making them smile. He brings a tangible excitement to every room, and continually pushes himself and the staff at The Libby Group to excel in what they do. He is the kind of guy who will sit with patients, listening to their life stories and laughing about experiences, before beginning a cutting-edge dental procedure. He is inspired to give back to his community, passionate about supporting local businesses and making Anchorage and Alaska a better place.

”Finding A Mastermind”
Tuesday Jun 28, 2022
Tuesday Jun 28, 2022
How do you create a professional Mastermind Group? It's your personal board of directors for your professional success. Napoleon Hill wrote and taught extensively for decades. Throughout his career, he advocated the use of mastermind groups as a way of taking your personal and professional life to the next level. Hill originally said that when two people got together, a third mind, the Master Mind, was created. To him, it was a separate force in the conversation and had an energetic connotation.
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
The Crown Council is the place to find like-minded peers to join a Mastermind Group with.

"Build Your Brand As An Associate" with Dr. Weston Spencer
https://www.westonspencerdds.com
Dr. Weston Spencer is a general dentist who provides La Jolla and other San Diego residents with exceptional cosmetic, restorative, and general dentistry services designed for patients of all ages.
He first found his passion for dentistry after following his grandfather at his dental practice in Utah. It was a small practice that saw many patients – a large number of whom he provided many years of care during his 50 years of service. It was then that Dr. Spencer knew he wanted to replicate the same kind of care and compassion that would drive his own future patients to return for many years to come. He knew at a young age that his love for dentistry would allow him to help patients understand the importance of good oral health.
In 2010, Dr. Spencer graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry at the top of his class clinically. During his education, Dr. Spencer was the class president for four years. His work ethic drew the attention of the faculty and he was awarded the Dean Prince Award for leadership. His drive and determination lead him to perform the most clinicals, which also allowed him to graduate with the award for Top Clinical Dentist. During his clinical practice, Dr. Spencer explored advanced training courses in endodontics, providing him with knowledge and experience with more complicated endodontic cases.
His pursuit of knowledge continues in the years since his graduation. Dr. Spencer understands the value of continued education and strives to learn the most current techniques available to provide the best care for his patients.
After graduation, Dr. Spencer moved to Rancho Santa Margarita, California, where he practiced for nearly two years. In 2011, he moved to the San Diego area, where he provides cosmetic, preventative dentistry, and family dentistry services at his dental office in La Jolla.
For over five years, he has been a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an organization that focuses on quality and long-lasting dentistry. He also is a member of the Spear Faculty Club based in Scottsdale, Arizona, learning with fellow dentists about full mouth comprehensive and restorative dentistry. The continued education program focuses on some of the most complex dental cases. He is also a professional member of the California Dental Association, American Dental Academy, and Southwest Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
When Dr. Spencer is not serving the San Diego community, he is spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their three children: Hailey, Colton, and Hudson. He enjoys teaching his children to ride bikes, skateboard, and swim in the beautiful Southern California environment. When he’s not spending quality time with his family, you can find him in the ocean surfing somewhere between South Ponto Beach and Pipes Beach or Del Mar Beach down to Tourmaline Surfing Park.
Dr. Spencer is a proud member of the San Diego community in which he works and lives. Along with his amazing dental team, Dr. Spencer hopes to transform as many smiles as possible. His comprehensive approach to dentistry helps transform the lives of many area residents who return for many years for his continued compassion and care.
